Cancellation Policy
At Ophidia Skin Co., we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, we have implemented a cancellation policy to ensure the smooth functioning of our business and to provide fairness to all our valued clients. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy outlined below.

1. Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may be waiting for an appointment and enables us to adjust our schedules accordingly. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Appointment No-Show Policy
At Ophidia Skin Co., we understand the importance of maintaining smooth operations and providing exceptional service to all our valued clients. In order to ensure that we can accommodate as many clients as possible and make the most efficient use of our resources, we have implemented an Appointment No-Show Policy. This policy outlines our expectations when it comes to appointments and serves as a guideline for our clients to follow.
. Appointment Confirmations
Upon scheduling an appointment with Ophidia Skin Co., our clients will receive a confirmation notification via their preferred method of contact, whether it be by email or text message. This confirmation will contain the date, time, and location of the scheduled appointment, along with any necessary instructions or preparations.
. Prior Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and our clients may need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to allow us ample time to fill the vacant slot with another client who may be on our waiting list. Clients failing to give sufficient notice may be subject to our no-show policy.
. No-Show Policy
In the event that a client fails to attend an appointment without providing any prior notice, it not only affects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost revenue for our business. Therefore, clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing any notice will be considered a "no-show."
. No-Show Penalties
To discourage excessive no-show occurrences and ensure fairness to all clients, we have established the following penalties for no-show appointments:

  • First Offense: The client will receive a courtesy reminder about our appointment policy and will not be charged any additional fees or penalties.

  • Second Offense: A fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged to the client. We believe this fee reflects the time, effort, and opportunity cost on our part.

  • Third Offense: If a client fails to attend a third scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will be required to prepay for any future appointments. This prepayment will be non-refundable in case of any further missed appointments.

3. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen. If you are unable to comply with our cancellation policy due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate each case on an individual basis and strive to find a fair resolution. To cancel an appointment, product order, or subscription, or if you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, kindly reach out to our customer service team via text or email. Our dedicated team is available to assist you and provide further guidance.
Please note that Ophidia Skin Co. reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy as deemed necessary. We will notify our customers of any changes through our website and other communication channels.

***Free PMU touch-ups that are included after first visit, MUST be scheduled at 8 weeks. If it is scheduled after the 8 weeks deadline, half of the service fee will be charged to your account.
